Important Notes
• If you are banned, muted or restricted in any capacity, do not ask another user to communicate with staff or other users in the community for any reason. Doing so will extend your punishment if applicable and result in an immediate punishment for the user.
• Users are allowed to remove others from their own custom voice chat, if you are banned from another users custom voice chat staff will not remove the ban as it is that users right, we will only interfere if the user has broken rules.
• Staff are allowed to outright remove a setup or mob farm that is causing lag or not adhering to the rules with no refund.
• The Rules interpretation are up to the staff handling the situation if you disagree with the staff member make a staff report ticket to have it reviewed.
• Server Roles or ranks do not provide exemptions from rules (Everyone is held accountable even the staff!)
• Violation of any rules may result in severe penalties such as permanent removal from the community.
• Abuse of the ticket system may lead to you being blacklisted from creating a ticket.
• Staff will not disclose the reasoning of bans/warns to anyone other then the user in question.
• If you are banned, muted or restricted in any capacity we have no obligation to reverse the action.
• The use of alts to circumvent punishments may result in permanent removal from the community.
General Server Rules:
Be kind and respectful to others: You must respect everyone, regardless of your liking to them. Treat others the way you want to be treated.
Public Chat Conduct: No bullying, harassment, targeting, discriminatory jokes, hate speech, or threats of any kind. Profanity is allowed in chat, however needless or excessive profanity is not.
Bug Abuse/Glitches: Abusing bugs, glitches, or otherwise unintended mechanics of mods is prohibited. This includes (but not limited to) item duplication, immortality, claim bypassing, pvp protection bypassing.
Cheating: The use of hack clients, x-ray texture packs, or complex macros are not allowed for use on the server. Simple auto-clickers are permitted if used responsibly. Do not attempt to bypass the AFK timer.
Server Disruption: We aim to keep this community positive and productive for all members. As such toxic behavior such as (but not limited to) griefing, starting fights, spam killing, or creating lag machines is prohibited.
Impersonation: Impersonating any user or staff member in the community under any circumstances will result in an immediate removal from the servers.

Be kind and respectful to others: We aim to keep this server a safe space for all members, and as such we will not tolerate direct insults, slurs, harassment, threats, or attempts to purposefully annoy/aggravate other members.
No advertising of any kind: Avoid advertising other communities, personal socials, streams, channels, or other platforms servers/individuals may use to promote their content unrelated to our community.
Content/language: Keep conversations in English Only! We are not fluent in dozens of different languages, so we will just stick with English to ensure everybody is on the same page. This also helps us to moderate the server effectively.
Pings: Avoid Pinging Staff for problems/issues unless it is URGENT always use the ticket system in get-support
Voice Channel Conduct:
• 1. Custom VC names should remain appropriate and follow discord TOS.
• 2. Avoid disrupting voice channels with loud noises, soundboard spamming, or language that violates our rules/Discord TOS. (This includes Discord Entrance noises, remove it if it is excessively loud)
• 3. Avoid controversial, inappropriate, or generally sensitive topics in voice chats. These topics include (but are not limited to): Politics, sexual content, or sensitive personal issues.
Claiming/Territory Rules
Chunkloading: Ensure that you are only using methods of chunkloading available in the FTBChunks/Open Parties and Claims mod. Any other methods/mods vanilla or otherwise are strictly prohibited.
• 1. Activity Requirement: Make sure you're actively using chunks you're loading. Loading chunks without a significant purpose or reason will be deemed misuse and possibly unclaimed.
• 2. Ensure your loaded chunks are optimized for server health/performance. Avoid creating/loading mechanisms or setups that can cause unnecessary lag or strain on the server.
• 3. Server disruptions caused by a base or setup may lead to it's removal without the possibility of a refund. Repeat interventions may result in a ban.
• 4.Claiming of structures, arenas, items, or any area that is pivotal to the progression or development of a mod/modpack is prohibited. Examples are: (but not limited to) The Main End Island, Ignis Cataclysm Boss Arena.
Respect Other Claims: Ask permission before building or claiming near others. Do not claim chunks directly bordering server claims.
Chunkloading Bypass: Attempting to bypass the provided chunkloading methods/limitations available on the server will result in strict punishment.
No Transfers: Chunkloading rights should not be traded, sold, or given away.
• 1. Exceptions: Players may use chunkloading rights to share claims with those they base with.
